Weโ€™re currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users across Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas.

๐Ÿ’ท Pay & Benefits

๐Ÿ’ฐ Weekdays (Mon-Fri): ยฃ13.40 per hour

๐Ÿ’ฐ Saturdays: ยฃ14.00 per hour

๐Ÿ’ฐ Sundays: ยฃ14.00 per hour

๐Ÿš— Mileage allowance: ยฃ0.30p per mile

Our services run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:

๐ŸŒž Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM โ€“ 2:00/3:00 PM

๐ŸŒ™ Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM

๐Ÿ›Œ Sleep-in/Waking nights Shifts: 9:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM

As a Care Professional, youโ€™ll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.

Youโ€™ll help with:

  • Supporting with personal care โ€“ bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
  • Assisting with medication โ€“ preparation and administration
  • Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
  • Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
  • Carrying out light domestic duties โ€“ laundry, making beds, light cleaning
  • Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships
