Job Description
Plantation Homes is seeking an IT Service Desk Officer to join our National Service Desk team in Springwood, QLD. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support, helping our teams stay productive with friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
You'll manage setup, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle of end-user devices, including laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and modern endpoint management tools.
