• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive all sales activities in the region and specified locations.
• Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
• Contribute to strategic planning by providing regional sales information and recommendations.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong client relationships.

• *What You'll Need**
• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma/GED required.
• Proven track record in sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills.
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in achieving sales quotas.
