The Role

• Provide basic and specialized nursing care according to nursing and interdisciplinary standards.
• Contribute to the implementation and further development of quality standards, including national expert standards.
• Collaborate with other professional groups and actively facilitate the transfer of nursing science knowledge from theory to practice.
• Educate, advise, and support patients and their families throughout the care process.
• Participate in continuing education and work within internal specialist groups focused on areas like falls, pressure ulcers, or nutrition.
• Develop evidence-based nursing concepts and analyze quality data to continuously improve nursing practice.

What You'll Need

• Certified nursing professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing Science, Advanced Nursing Practice, or a comparable field.
