Pay Range:$128,000-$160,000 Per Year
Description
This full-time position in Houston, TX, focuses on leading data engineering efforts to enhance data governance and quality. 
The role requires expertise in modern data technologies and the ability to drive automation and innovation within the enterprise data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and execute a roadmap for data governance and AI readiness. Improve data quality, trust, and accessibility through engineering and automation. Embed governance by design into data products and platform services. Create reusable standards and controls while remaining hands-on with technical execution. Partner with cross-functional teams to establish clear governance and accountability. Qualifications
7 years of experience in software or data engineering disciplines. Strong understanding of modern data architecture and governance practices.

Proficiency in technical languages, preferably Python and SQL. Experience automating processes through code and platform capabilities. Ability to work hands-on within modern cloud data environments. Core Technologies
