AI Governance & Value Realization Consultant
Partner with AI, product, engineering, architecture, finance, and business teams to establish an enterprise framework for AI governance, cost optimization, and value realization. Lead the definition of model routing, tagging, caching, guardrails, spend controls, and observability standards while building metrics and dashboards that measure AI adoption, usage, costs, and business outcomes. The consultant will help create a scalable operating model that enables leadership to understand who is using AI, how much it costs, how efficiently it is being used, and what value it delivers.

Focus areas: AI telemetry and logging, KPI framework, model governance, budget controls, anomaly alerts, cost attribution, adoption metrics, ROI measurement, and executive reporting.
