The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to children and adolescent patients in a psychiatric setting, working in shifts.
• Monitor patient progress, integrate into the therapeutic process, and assist with treatment plans.
• Independently carry out doctor-ordered medical interventions and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured documentation of patient care and manage daily ward operations.
• Contribute actively to a supportive, structured, and safe interdisciplinary team environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong social skills, teamwork ability, and excellent communication skills.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with young people.
• Ideally, prior experience in psychiatry, though not a strict requirement.
