The Role

• Participate in a 4-week paid training program to become an Aviation Structural Builder.
• Perform pre-assembly of aircraft components and parts, including riveting, countersinking, and drilling.
• Apply learned joining techniques with precision.
• Execute rework and repairs according to technical specifications.
• Work in accordance with high aviation quality standards and technical drawings.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship in a wood or metal-related field (e.g., industrial mechanic, carpenter).
• A keen interest in the aviation industry.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotating schedule.
• Possess a driver's license and a personal vehicle.
