The Role

• Work closely with children, supporting their integration into groups and daily tasks.
• Serve as a point of contact for parents and/or educators.
• Document and reflect on your professional development and work.

What You'll Need

• Possess a (technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or equivalent professional training.
• Demonstrate German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Exhibit a strong passion for working with children.
• Be patient, resilient in stressful situations, and comfortable handling conflicts.
• Possess empathy while also being able to assert yourself.
• Show a strong sense of responsibility and interest in social issues.
