What You'll Need • Possess a (technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or equivalent professional training. • Demonstrate German language proficiency at B2 level. • Exhibit a strong passion for working with children. • Be patient, resilient in stressful situations, and comfortable handling conflicts. • Possess empathy while also being able to assert yourself. • Show a strong sense of responsibility and interest in social issues.
