Huawei's Heisenberg Research Center in Munich is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.

In the Automotive Engineering Lab (AEL) teams are rapidly growing and focused on advanced automotive technologies in multiple domains.

Join Automotive Engineering Lab (AEL) as:

Principal Engineer - Acoustics (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Contribute for the sound quality of automotive sound system, develop the brand tuning sound quality style.

  • Develop the car sound quality target and tuning strategy

  • Improve the competitiveness of sound quality, including industry-leading audio software and hardware technologies and sound quality debugging technologies.

Your areas of expertise

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in electrical/telecommunications engineering (or equivalent)

  • Good knowledge in the field of digital signal processing

  • Professional background in acoustics, signal processing; proficiency in automotive acoustics tuning tools and methods; familiarity with key audio technologies, such as audio DSP, power amplifier, loudspeaker, and acoustics layout

  • Extensive industry experience, independently lead the system design and tuning of multiple high-end products

  • Internationally renowned awards and industry influence in the field of music and art are preferred, and subjective evaluation qualifications recognized by the industry are preferred
