GMP Specialist | Munich, Germany | Hybrid

The Role

  • Oversee and manage change control processes within the department.
  • Represent the department in the Change Review Board and other cross-functional meetings.
  • Author and update manufacturing batch records for new and existing products, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct thorough reviews of batch records for manufactured batches.
  • Act as a representative for the department during audits and inspections.
  • Deliver essential training to team members.

What You'll Need

  • A degree in a scientific field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology.
  • Alternatively, a completed vocational training with extensive professional experience (e.g., Lab Technician, Pharmaceutical Assistant), ideally with further qualifications.
  • Prior experience or strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
  • A self-directed, results-oriented approach to work.
  • Demonstrable reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork abilities.
