GMP Specialist | Munich, Germany | Hybrid

The Role
- Oversee and manage change control processes within the department.
- Represent the department in the Change Review Board and other cross-functional meetings.
- Author and update manufacturing batch records for new and existing products, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct thorough reviews of batch records for manufactured batches.
- Act as a representative for the department during audits and inspections.
- Deliver essential training to team members.
What You'll Need
- A degree in a scientific field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology.
- Alternatively, a completed vocational training with extensive professional experience (e.g., Lab Technician, Pharmaceutical Assistant), ideally with further qualifications.
- Prior experience or strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
- A self-directed, results-oriented approach to work.
- Demonstrable reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork abilities.
