Job Description

Monitors and assess clinical status of patient. Monitors and manages cardiovascular hemodynamics. Practices within the scope of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) protocols when administering emergency care. Advises patient care team and cares for patients appropriately.

Job Summary

Assists physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias in the Cath/EP Lab. Specializes in the care of patients undergoing PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement and EP devices and ablations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CCAHEP accredited program
• 2 years of Electronophysiology experience with knowledge of EP and Abalation devices required ( Would Consider candidates that dont have acute care experience but it is strongly preferred)
• BLS and ACLS required
• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Cardiovascular Technologist (CV Tech), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
