Job Description

Data Security Delivery Lead / Manager

Grade: Manager (M) | Experience: 12–15 Yrs | Location: CHARLOTTE ONLY 

Role Summary: Owns end-to-end delivery, governance, and client management for the Ally Data Protection engagement across all three towers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own overall service delivery, SLA/KPI adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage governance cadence, sprint/backlog governance, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Drive escalation management, risk/issue management, and continuous improvement.
  • Own resource planning, capacity management, and utilization.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Lead daily stand-ups, review open incidents, requests, and Jira stories.
  • Monitor SLA/KPI dashboards and address at-risk items.
  • Coordinate across DSPM, Cryptographic Services, and Data Masking teams.
  • Manage client communications, status reports, and governance meetings.
  • Handle escalations, prioritization, and workload balancing.

Skills: Managed services delivery, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, Jira, ServiceNow, data security domain knowledge.
