The Role

• Visualize customer needs using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and visualize individual kitchen concepts, considering style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to contract closing.
• Create quotes, handle objections, and coordinate project workflows (delivery, assembly, invoice control).
• Support adjacent kitchen studios during staffing shortages within your region.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and active kitchen sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current product assortments.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• High closing ability, negotiation skills, and a passion for delighting customers.
• Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and an independent, goal-oriented work style.
• An eye for current kitchen trends, creativity, and enjoyment of working with modern tools.
