The Role • Visualize customer needs using modern 3D planning tools. • Develop and present bespoke kitchen concepts, balancing style, functionality, and budget. • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial consultation to closing the deal. • Handle offer creation, objection handling, contract finalization, and project coordination (delivery, installation, invoice control). What You'll Need • Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales. • In-depth knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current market offerings. • Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace. • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. • A professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and an independent, goal-oriented work ethic. • A keen eye for current kitchen trends, creativity, and enthusiasm for using modern planning tools.
