The Role

• Provide outstanding customer service, understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts by actively engaging with potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology products and services to better advise customers.
• Propose and recommend changes to products and services based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Build strong, trusting relationships within the community through exceptional service.
