• Focus on meeting homeowner needs through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Collaborate with a team to strategize and prepare for client appointments.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for client visits.
• Availability for appointments during midday, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to travel to and from in-home appointments.
