Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a Lead HCD Strategist & Planner

Mandatory skills

1.      Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of FTE experience in Digital Strategy and Roadmap Planning.  

2.      Must have a minimum of one (1) successfully completed prior project experience converting high-level pilot roadmaps into actionable implementation plans for large-scale modernizations (large scale is 5000+ users or 2,000,000+ daily transaction processing).

3.      Government Modernization Experience: At least one (1) successfully completed project experience leading HCD or Implementation Planning for state-level Motor Vehicle (DMV) or Transportation agency modernization project.

4.      Incremental Roadmap Strategy: At least one (1) successfully completed project experience demonstrating success in breaking down monolithic legacy systems into incremental, value-based releases (rather than "Big Bang" implementations) while maintaining user experience continuity. 

5.      Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): Certification in SAFe environment (must provide copy of one (1) certification): Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA); or  SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC)           

6.      Change Management Integration: Must provide Prosci Change Management Certification (provide copy of certification) Or At a minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience integrating OCM principles into Product Roadmaps.
