Key Responsibilites

  • Source US healthcare professionals (Nurses & Allied Health).
  • Screen, interview, and verify candidates/credentials.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
  • Maintain ATS, pipelines, and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure US healthcare compliance and credentialing.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines.

Requiored Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / Staffing
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles including nurses, therapists, physicians, and allied health professionals
  • Knowledge of credentialing workflows and healthcare compliance requirements
  • Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring and work night shifts (US time zones
