The Role • Stocking shelves and receiving deliveries as part of daily store operations. • Arranging and presenting new products to maximize customer appeal. • Handling cashier duties and processing customer returns or complaints. • Providing customer service and addressing inquiries both on the floor and at the checkout. • Assisting with inventory counts and data entry during stocktaking.
