The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, focusing on meeting shopper needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers during store visits.
• Execute merchandising plans, including building displays, resetting shelves, and managing product rotation.
• Track inventory levels to help maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Travel within a designated territory to complete scheduled store visits.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on work completed.

What You'll Need

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to be receptive to coaching, communicate effectively, deliver results, and manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, retail, or CPG is preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in using a company-provided tablet for work recording.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel independently within the territory.
