Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end cloud solution implementations, from project initiation through go-live and post-launch support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, SAP data mapping, and client-facing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the 14-week implementation project and 30-day post-launch support.
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, user roles, and SCIM-based provisioning.
• Manage Azure services, application configuration, and secure connectivity.
• Coordinate data standards workshops and map solution outputs to SAP Asset Loader formats.
• Oversee mobile data capture, image exports, and asset tag ID rules.
• Plan and execute acceptance testing, document accuracy results, and obtain client sign-off.
• Coordinate penetration testing and track security remediation.
• Prepare user guides, administrator documentation, and conduct training sessions.
• Manage escalations and validate new releases before production deployment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of cloud solution delivery experience, including 3+ years leading Microsoft Azure projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, app registration, and SCIM provisioning.
• Experience with Azure App Service or Container Apps, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and private networking.
• Strong experience in acceptance testing, technical documentation, and end-user training.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications: AZ-305, AZ-104, or SC-300.
• Experience with public sector or utility clients.
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance or enterprise asset management systems.
• Experience supporting mobile web applications on managed devices.
• PMP certification is a plus.
