Job Location: Toronto, ON (2-3 days hybrid onsite per week)

Job description:

• We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with over 5 years of life insurance domain experience to drive transformation initiatives utilizing Sapiens core platforms.
• Working from our downtown Toronto office at least 2 days a week in a hybrid model, you will partner with key stakeholders to facilitate workshops and translate complex business needs into functional specifications.
• Your core focus will involve configuring and optimization of Sapiens solutions (ApplicationPro, UnderwritingPro, IllustrationPro, and CoreSuite), aiming to maximize out-of-the-box functionality and minimize customization. Beyond system configuration, you will design future-state process flows, collaborate with technical teams on data mapping, and coordinate critical testing activities like SIT/UAT defect triage. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong analytical thinker with exceptional communication skills to align business operations with robust technical delivery.
