Software Engineer L3 - TS/SCI with Poly required with Security Clearance

TS/SCI Sr Software Engineer (C++/Python | Real-Time/RF Systems) – Mission Critical Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (TS/SCI Cleared) with deep experience in real-time systems, communications, and RF-related applications to support a high-priority mission within the Intelligence Community. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in low-latency, high-throughput environments and has experience building full-stack solutions that interface with complex hardware or signal-based systems. Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop high-performance, real-time software systems using C/C++ and Python * Build and maintain full-stack applications supporting mission workflows and data processing * Work on communications systems involving signal ingestion, processing, and distribution * Optimize systems for low-latency and high-throughput performance * Integrate software with RF-based or hardware-adjacent systems * Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders in Agile environments * Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting in classified environments Required Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI clearance (or higher) * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 20+ years of software engineering experience * Strong expertise in: * C/C++ (systems-level development) * Python (SWORD or similar mission frameworks) * Full-stack development * Experience with real-time or near real-time processing systems * Background in communications systems Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with RF systems, signal processing, or SIGINT-related work * Familiarity with low-level system optimization and concurrency * Experience supporting IC or DoD mission environments * Exposure to distributed systems or modern containerized environments What Sets This Role Apart: * Direct support to mission-critical, operational systems * Highly technical team working on complex, real-world problems * Strong compensation on a stable, long-term program * Opportunity to work at the intersection of software, hardware, and signals
