Software Engineer L3 - TS/SCI with Poly required with Security Clearance

TS/SCI Sr Software Engineer (C++/Python | Real-Time/RF Systems) – Mission Critical Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (TS/SCI Cleared) with deep experience in real-time systems, communications, and RF-related applications to support a high-priority mission within the Intelligence Community. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in low-latency, high-throughput environments and has experience building full-stack solutions that interface with complex hardware or signal-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance, real-time software systems using C/C++ and Python
• Build and maintain full-stack applications supporting mission workflows and data processing
• Work on communications systems involving signal ingestion, processing, and distribution
• Optimize systems for low-latency and high-throughput performance
• Integrate software with RF-based or hardware-adjacent systems
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders in Agile environments
• Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting in classified environments Required Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI clearance (or higher)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 20+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in:
• C/C++ (systems-level development)
• Python (SWORD or similar mission frameworks)
• Full-stack development
• Experience with real-time or near real-time processing systems
• Background in communications systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with RF systems, signal processing, or SIGINT-related work
• Familiarity with low-level system optimization and concurrency
• Experience supporting IC or DoD mission environments
