Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT / BPO Recruiter with strong local hiring expertise in the Charleston, WV area. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the local talent market, alongside hands-on experience in high-volume hiring, local recruitment drives, and job fairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit for customer retention and other non-technical/BPO roles.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to local hiring requirements.

• Source, screen, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews.

• Post openings across job portals, career sites, and social media platforms.

• Organize, host, and represent the company at local job fairs and recruitment drives.

• Track recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, and Source of Hire.

• Build and maintain local candidate pipelines in the Charleston, WV market.

• Guide candidates through the hiring process and partner with hiring managers to resolve talent acquisition challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Non-IT / Non-Technical Recruiter.

• Strong background in BPO and customer service hiring.

• Hands-on experience with ATS and modern recruitment tools.

• Established local recruiting network in Charleston, WV.

• Knowledge of employment laws, EEOC compliance, and hiring best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience in high-volume BPO hiring, local job fairs, and South Charleston talent acquisition.
