Description
Join our team as a recruiter in the dynamic field of data center solutions. 
Based in the vibrant region of Plano, Texas, this full-time role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for critical infrastructure roles. 
You'll work closely with hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs, utilizing a variety of recruitment technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance for technical and operational roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and establish effective hiring strategies.
Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment marketing content.
Conduct candidate screenings and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
Develop talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Qualifications
5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proven ability to recruit technical, engineering, or professional services talent.
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms.
