Job Description

🚨 URGENT HIRING | Business Process Designer – Conversational AI 🚨

📍 Location: Remote – USA
💼 Experience: 6+ Years
🛂 Work Authorization: H-1B candidates may be considered
🏥 Industry: Healthcare experience required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Conversational AI, business process analysis, and process mapping.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and contact flow design.
  • Strong knowledge of IVR, Amazon Lex V2, and Amazon Q in Connect.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into conversational workflows and process maps.
  • AWS Associate certification is the minimum specified qualification.
  • Amazon Connect certification or badge required, as specified in the detailed qualifications.
  • Healthcare industry experience and a professional degree are mandatory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze healthcare business processes and design conversational AI workflows.
  • Design and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR experiences.
  • Configure or support integrations involving Amazon Lex V2 and Amazon Q in Connect.
  • Map business processes, document requirements, and collaborate with business and technical teams.
  • Ensure conversational solutions align with healthcare operational needs.
