Job Description

We are seeking an intermediate-level Microsoft .NET Developer to participate in all stages of the software development life cycle—including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
Position Title: Microsoft .NET Developer (Intermediate)
 
Location: Jackson, MS
 
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
 
Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person

Key Skills & Qualifications

Required Technical Skills:
 
  • Core .NET: ASP.NET (Web Forms focus; MVC experience does not apply)
  • Languages: C# or VB.NET
  • Web Tech: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, XML
  • Database: SQL Server (2016 or later), complex SQL queries, Functions, and Stored Procedures
  • Tools & Frameworks: Visual Studio, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), Azure DevOps / Git
  • Other: Writing console/batch applications for data interfaces
Preferred (Value-Add) Skills:
 
  • Payment or Licensing & Permitting application development
  • Data conversion/migration
  • Crystal Reports Designer
  • ADA Title II Compliance
Core Competencies:
 
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to mentor team members and document procedures effectively
  • Must pass a fingerprint background screening
