Job Summary

Seeking a Construction Manager / Node Construction Manager to oversee wireless small cell and fiber construction projects across Northern California. The role manages contractors, vendors, schedules, permitting, safety, quality, and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage small cell/wireless node and fiber construction projects.
• Supervise contractors and vendors and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Oversee aerial/underground OSP construction and ROW activities.
• Coordinate permitting, licensing, utilities, and municipalities.
• Review construction drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Engineering, RF, Fiber, NOC, and Project Management teams.
• Track projects, milestones, costs, and materials using MS Excel.
• Perform/oversee quality, safety, RF Sweep/PIM, grounding, and fiber testing activities.

Required Skills

• Telecom/wireless construction experience.
• Small Cell Node construction/integration experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Contractor/crew management experience.
• OSP aerial & underground construction knowledge.
• Knowledge of GO95, GO128, NESC, NEC, and OSHA standards.
• Experience with RF Sweep/PIM testing preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills — trackers, lookups, pivot tables.
• Valid driver's license.
