The Role

• Provide tailored tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils across Key Stages 1-5, depending on your expertise.
• Plan and deliver engaging, trauma-informed tutoring sessions.
• Report on lesson effectiveness and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to meet the diverse educational needs of learners.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with a focus on SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching core subjects (English, Maths, Science).
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
