The Role

• Take on initial specialist leadership responsibilities with a clear path to full clinical leadership of the psychosomatic youth unit.
• Support and manage clinical processes and the comprehensive psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
• Represent the chief physician and significantly contribute to the ongoing development of the unit.
• Conduct supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Ensure high-quality patient care through regular patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervision.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with advanced therapeutic training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists.
• Experience or strong interest in leading and developing clinical services.
• A commitment to providing excellent patient care in a complex psychosomatic setting.
