Job Description

About the Role

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for an early-stage logistics AI software company, building partnerships with freight forwarding businesses. You will work closely with commercial leadership to shape sales messaging, pricing, and repeatable go-to-market practices.

What You'll Do

  • Manage enterprise sales from initial discovery through negotiation and contract signature.

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers and other senior stakeholders.

  • Convert active pilots into long-term customer partnerships.

  • Develop and refine sales playbooks as the business grows beyond founder-led sales.

  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal structuring.

  • Translate customer feedback and insights into product and company priorities.

  • Travel regularly across Europe, with occasional trips to Asia and North America.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to seven years of enterprise sales experience selling technology or software into traditional, operations-heavy industries.

  • A track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with large enterprises and navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, or automation products, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.

  • Strong discovery, business case development, and ROI quantification skills in complex operational environments.

  • Experience building sales playbooks and go-to-market strategies, and shaping pricing and contracts.

  • Comfort working in an early-stage or founder-led environment.

  • Fluent business-level English and German. Additional European languages are a plus.
