As a Spa Receptionist at Cambridge House, you will be the welcoming face of Baeden House, our distinctive wellbeing sanctuary inspired by Britain's ancient healing traditions and the rituals of Roman bathhouses. Spanning three floors, with a beautiful swimming pool, bathhouse, treatment rooms and immersive wellbeing experiences, Baeden House offers a new approach to relaxation, restoration and connection in the heart of Mayfair.

With genuine warmth, intuition and a natural flair for hospitality, you will guide guests through our wellbeing offerings, manage reservations with care and ensure every visit feels personal and effortless. From the first enquiry to the final farewell, you will take pride in the thoughtful details that make each experience special. Joining us for our opening chapter, you will help bring the spirit of Baeden House to life, creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel truly cared for and inspired to return.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to Baeden House with genuine warmth and thoughtful attention, setting the tone for a restorative and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

• Manage spa reservations, appointments and enquiries with care and precision, ensuring every guest journey feels seamless, personal and effortless.

• Share your knowledge of our treatments, wellness experiences and products, offering considered recommendations tailored to each guest’s interests and needs.

• Create a calm, inviting atmosphere by maintaining impeccable standards of presentation across the reception, relaxation areas and wider wellbeing spaces.

• Work closely with fellow team members to coordinate appointments, communicate guest preferences and ensure every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.

• Handle payments, bookings and guest records accurately and discreetly, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Contribute to the opening of Baeden House by embracing new systems, sharing ideas and helping shape the service standards that will define our guest experience.

• Previous experience in a reception, spa, wellness or luxury hospitality environment, with a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

• Confidence using booking systems, handling payments and maintaining accurate guest records, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• A good understanding of guest service, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve enquiries thoughtfully.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation, discretion and professionalism.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as required.

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
