The Role

• Preparation and processing of raw materials and rework according to quality specifications.
• Production of dough and batters following specific recipes.
• Assisting with the cleaning and retooling of production lines and machinery.
• Operating various machines within the production process.
• Performing weight checks and minor adjustments on production equipment.
• Conducting cleaning tasks within the production area.
• Ensuring workplace cleanliness and adherence to hygiene guidelines.
• Managing documentation, labeling, and data entry into electronic systems.
• Facilitating smooth communication during shift changes.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a production environment is advantageous.
• A forklift license is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a 2 or 3-shift system.
• Good command of spoken and written German.
• Flexibility, teamwork, and commitment.
• Ability to tolerate moderate heat in the working environment.
