Job Description
Provide remote technical support for customer systems by troubleshooting software, networking, and infrastructure issues. Document support activities, collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems, and ensure timely case resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality. Participate in ongoing training and meet established performance metrics.
Requirements:
· 4+ years of IT technical support experience
· 2+ years of network and storage support
· 2+ years of virtualization experience (VMWare)
· 2+ years of Windows server experience
· 2+ years of relational database experience (SQL, Oracle)
· Experience working with PACS/HL7/DICOM or medical device
· CompTIA Network+ Certification
