The Role

• Provide expert, service-oriented consultation to delight customers and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and appealing store appearance.
• Creatively and effectively implement sales-promoting activities and initiatives.
• Actively participate in all store operations, including stock replenishment, pricing, and cashier duties.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, vocational training in retail and some prior professional experience; motivated career changers are also welcome.
• A friendly demeanor, enjoyment of interacting with people, and an independent, efficient work style.
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability.
• Enthusiasm for the world of motorcycling, or prior experience in the field.
