Job Title: Accessibility Website Specialist (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Location: Nashville, TN, USA

We are seeking an experienced Accessibility Website Specialist to help improve and maintain HR websites while ensuring ADA and WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience with website accessibility, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), UX, content management, and accessibility testing tools such as WAVE or Axe.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and remediate website accessibility issues
  • Maintain ADA/WCAG compliance
  • Improve website content and user experience
  • Support website redesign initiatives
  • Train content authors on accessibility best practices
  • Work with HR, IT, and Communications teams

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of website management or digital accessibility experience
  • ADA/WCAG 2.0 or 2.1 Level AA
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • CMS experience
  • WAVE, Axe, Siteimprove, or similar accessibility tools
  • UX and content strategy knowledge

Preferred:

  • Government or public sector experience
  • CPACC or WAS certification

Location: Primarily Remote (Part-Time 25 hours/week)
