The Role

• Lead and develop a team, acting as a role model and implementing national sales concepts.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through appealing displays, expert advice, and excellent service.
• Independently implement sales-promoting initiatives and promotions.
• Manage all aspects of the fresh food counter, including cost and revenue development, inventory, pricing, and stock flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in baked goods or fresh food counters.
• Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen eye for quality and freshness.
• A solution-oriented and results-driven approach with a commitment to structured and conscientious work.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts.
