WHS & Policy Specialist - First Nations Context

Children's Ground is seeking a WHS and Policy & Procedure Officer to lead compliance with WHS regulations and to develop, implement, and review organisational policies. This role covers Central Australia, the Top End, and a Melbourne shared services office, with a 50/50 focus on WHS and policy work.

The ideal candidate will have strong WHS knowledge, experience in multi-location governance, and the ability to work respectfully with First Nations communities.
