As our Marketing Associate, you'll get your hands on a wide variety of exciting work:
Campaign Support
– Help plan and execute digital, email, social, and event-based marketing campaigns
Content Creation
– Contribute to blogs, social posts, case studies, presentations, and videos
Social Media Management
– Schedule and publish content across platforms
Website Updates
– Assist with content management and keeping our digital presence fresh
Analytics & Reporting
– Track and report on key marketing metrics
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite and
Adobe Creative Cloud
Knowledge of data collection methods (surveys, polls, focus groups)
Valid driver's license (some travel required)
A genuine commitment to building trust-based relationships
A customer-first mindset with empathy and respect at the core
This is an office-based role with a comfortable, collaborative environment.

Expect meaningful work at your desk — analyzing data, crafting content, and communicating across teams — with occasional travel to events and trade shows. This role requires completion of
NorthWind Level 1 Safety Training prior to performing approved activities. Training to be completed with onboarding.
