We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based on site.
Location: Site Based
Hours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in bringing construction projects to life. You'll be managing operational resources and leading your site team to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, working on meaningful projects while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering exceptional projects across education, health, defence, and other key sectors. Your day to day will include:
- Implementing and complying with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
- Leading, managing and motivating site operational staff to achieve project goals
- Managing communications and relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
- Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships through to project completion
- Implementing operational project plans and ensuring compliance with contractual terms
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
- You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification
- You have qualifications and/or experience in leading operational projects
- You're professionally qualified or working towards membership of a professional body
- You can demonstrate experience in a site management role
- You're an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and are driven to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
