Fund operations analyst

Job responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile daily fund transactions and cash flows.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for various funds.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely fund valuations.
- Support the implementation of new fund structures and investment strategies.
- Conduct performance analysis and reporting for fund portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in fund accounting and operations.
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance fund operations systems and processes.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fund operations, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
