Job description

- Review and process insurance explanation of benefits statements, managing debit and credit balances, contractual adjustments, and refunds.
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, incorrect contractual adjustments, and recurring billing issues in collaboration with the team.
- Reconcile bank deposits with system payments to ensure accurate financial data and recordkeeping.
- Respond to third-party inquiries and review accounts promptly to resolve unwarranted debit or credit balances.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
