Our Controllers play a key role in supporting their teams—managing client financials, reviewing workbooks, and partnering with Directors on client strategy. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting deliverables across multiple clients.

Review client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key reports. Provide technical accounting expertise and industry insights to clients. Coordinate and oversee the external audit process, as well as annual tax reporting in partnership with third-party accounting firms. Lead, train, and mentor team members by setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and delivering performance feedback. Ensure the team's compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
~5+ years of accounting experience
~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Strong training plans and materials provided. CPA Reimbursement Program to support your career.
