We are seeking a consultative partner to bridge the gap between creative execution and enterprise technology, driving strategic efficiency across the content supply chain. This dynamic role invites a high-impact strategist to optimize digital tool ecosystems, champion user research, and scale innovative content capabilities across high-priority business lines.
Responsibilities:Orchestrate day-to-day operations and governance for enterprise content tools, ensuring seamless workflow alignment across marketing, technology, legal, and compliance teams. Optimize the digital marketing ecosystem by tracking performance metrics, evaluating product capabilities, and managing dynamic platforms like Writer.ai, Canva, and Movable Ink. Align cross-functional development and business priorities by translating complex operational needs into clear product roadmaps, epics, and actionable user stories.
Establish strategic feature requirements through continuous user research, journey mapping, and lifecycle analysis to elevate the end-to-end creative production experience. Qualifications:3+ years of progressive product management experience specializing in digital marketing operations or creative supply chain tools. Expertise in agile product lifecycle methodologies, requirements definition, and enterprise application delivery from proof-of-concept through mature production.
Proven track record of driving stakeholder alignment across complex cross-matrix organizations and facilitating high-impact technology adoption. Strong proficiency with agile toolsets like Jira, coupled with hands-on exposure to AI-assisted content tools, dynamic personalization platforms, and content governance frameworks.
