BI Analytics Engineer

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into valuable insights that support decision-making across the organization. By partnering with various teams, you will design dashboards and build scalable analytics solutions that enhance our enterprise systems. Your work will directly support operations ranging from warehouse management to e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics team members to design datasets and deliver insights.
• Partner with business leaders to develop scalable solutions and dashboards using Microsoft's BI Stack and Python.
• Translate business needs into scalable data models and reporting layers for consistent, reliable analysis.
• Document analytics requirements, data models, and processes to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft's BI Stack, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Python, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

• All positions are on-site.
• Pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
