The Role

• Process vehicle rental agreements and promote additional products and services.
• Engage customers using a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and recommend suitable enhancements.
• Build customer loyalty through professional, friendly, and effective service.
• Upsell products and services that enhance the customer's travel experience.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused airport environment.

What You'll Need

• Effective verbal communication skills and a customer-focused personality.
• A valid driver's license and basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry).
• Flexibility to work various shifts and a comfort with recommending products based on customer needs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to remain seated, standing, and typing for extended periods.
• Prior sales experience in retail or a similar fast-paced environment is beneficial.
