We are looking for a specialist to join a leading national clinic group renowned for its exceptional therapy and rehabilitation services, particularly in psychosomatic medicine and pneumology. Situated in a picturesque Bavarian mountain landscape, this facility is a teaching hospital affiliated with renowned universities, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for medical professionals.

The Role

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, physicians, and therapists.
• Supervise psychotherapeutic and somatic treatment processes and provide support to staff undergoing psychotherapy training.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings, coordinating collaboration among various therapeutic disciplines.
• Provide patient care according to current treatment guidelines, with support from medical-therapeutic assistants.
• Participate regularly in the on-call duty roster for psychosomatic medicine.
• Conduct and participate in internal training and continuing education programs.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and/or Psychosomatic Medicine.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook).
• High empathy and a genuine interest in the connection between somatic medicine and psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated engagement, openness, and commitment, with a team-oriented approach, leadership skills, and flexibility.
