Experienced Software Engineer - DevSecOps with Security Clearance

The Boeing Company is seeking a Experienced Software Engineer to join the Flight Simulation Labs team located in Daytona Beach, FL. This position will focus on supporting the F18 Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler Modeling & Simulation teams within the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. To learn more, take a look at our video: https://f.io/L64OLWgM Position Responsibilities: * Automation and tooling for installation and configuration of Windows and Linux software components
* Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in an Agile software development environment
* Embedding automated security and compliance checks into CI/CD pipeline
* Maintaining artifact repository environment
* Automating build, deployment, and environment provisioning tasks
* Developing and maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
* Developing and generating reports on system performance, security, and compliance
* Participating in the planning and implementation of new systems, upgrades, and migrations, to ensure compatibility and adherence to best practices
* Supporting and guiding software developers in the use of DevSecOps tools and procedures This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Daytona Beach, FL. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): * Bachelor's Degree
* Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance (Post-Start)
* 3+ years of experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), deploying to cloud environments
* 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or ARM templates
* 3+ years of experience with scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, and/or Node.js
* Experience with cloud containerization Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
* Experience developing in C++
* Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Salt, Jenkins, GitLab
* Experience with Kubernetes (e.g., Elastic Kubernetes Service, Azure Kubernetes Service)
* Experience working with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile Methodologies
* Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and related infrastructure components using automation tooling
* Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
