Counter Sales Representative and Backup Delivery Driver

Heritage Pool Supply - Moorpark seeks a Counter Sales/Backup Driver to support our fast-paced wholesale branch. In this role, you'll assist contractors and pool professionals at the sales counter, process orders, and provide product guidance while delivering friendly, reliable service. You'll also help pick, stage, and load orders, maintain inventory, and serve as a backup driver for local deliveries, ensuring safe, on-time service. Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter with product selection, quotes, and order entry
• Process sales transactions, handle cash/credit, and maintain accurate paperwork
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries and order status requests
• Stage, pick, and load customer and delivery orders accurately and safely
• Serve as backup delivery driver for local routes using company vehicles
• Inspect vehicles, secure loads, and follow all safety and DOT guidelines
• Help manage inventory, stocking, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
• Collaborate with branch team to meet service, safety, and performance goals
